1st international conference on railway stations : the role of stations and their prospects for development in the 21st century. This conference, organised by CIFI (the Italian college of railway engineers) in tandem with UIC and
the Italian railway companies, will highlight the new trends in station design and optimisation, aiming at turning stations into multifunctional areas for transport, sales and services, communication and culture. (Cd-rom in bijlage).
