At the occasion of the historic date of the full opening of the European rail freight market on 1 January 2007, the Community of European Railway and Infrastructure Companies (CER) published a new book. Competition in Europe's rail freight market brings together thirteen academics, top business executives and politicians who give their views on the current challenges of the sector and describe scenarios for the future.
